The prompt is not the product. Durable state, evidence, memory, routing and the right to refuse are.

Mission profile

  • Discover and onboard clean repositories under explicit project contracts.
  • Run governed campaigns through gates, budgets, worktrees and evidence.
  • Expose a human-centred War Room and a local Ollama concierge.
  • Persist append-oriented operational analytics in PostgreSQL for empirical routing.
  • Route among Codex, Claude, Gemini through Antigravity and Ollama under live quota policy.
  • Preserve provider-neutral continuity across crashes, restarts and handoffs.

Architecture

Verified state

What exists and has been exercised at the time of writing.

  • 0.6.0 is packaged and dated 18 August 2026, with a wheel, an archive, published SHA-256 sums and a release manifest.
  • Four provider families are integrated: Codex, Claude, Gemini through the Antigravity command line, and Ollama.
  • Human Mode reduces the war room to one question — continue the work — with per-project human states: ready, running, needs you, to verify, done.
  • A local Ollama concierge handles housekeeping, triage and natural-language explanation.
  • Operational memory is an append-oriented PostgreSQL analytics store, reused by the cognitive router for empirical learning.
  • Task classes are assigned deterministically, without asking a model to grade its own work, and the router selects provider, model, effort, turn count and context budget per class.
  • Runtime quota policy is explicit: adaptive, hold or ask, with per-bucket quota telemetry and explicit control of paid credits.
  • Governed campaigns run gate after gate, auto-applying only validated commits, with hard budgets on tokens, duration, output, files and diff lines.
  • An art-coherence gate audits images, interfaces, shaders and audio against a charter, detects placeholders and binds the human verdict to the evidence fingerprint.
  • Worktree hydration restores virtual environments, dependencies, engine caches, SDKs and assets.
  • Stuck jobs and stale approvals are cleaned automatically.

Stated limits

What this project is not, written here so nobody has to discover it later.

  • This is internal infrastructure, not a product for sale.
  • The router chooses a proportionate provider. It does not guarantee that the provider will be correct.
  • Quota awareness depends on third-party services and degrades when they do.
  • Empirical learning improves selection over time. It is not a claim of optimality.
  • The art-coherence gate audits and detects. The verdict that matters is still the human one, bound to the evidence fingerprint.
  • The release exists as a versioned package rather than a public repository.

From router to institution

Versions 0.3 through 0.6 added autonomous campaigns, art-coherence gates, a clearer War Room, Human Mode, local concierge, operational analytics and native Antigravity integration.

Memory is no longer a chat log

PostgreSQL stores append-oriented operational evidence so routing can learn from verified work rather than model folklore.

Four providers, one governed job

Codex, Claude, Gemini/Antigravity and Ollama are execution families, not identities. The durable unit is the job, its state, its gates and its evidence.
